1. Who We Are

By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
Natureza sells men's compression tanks and related apparel. Product descriptions, images, and sizing charts are provided to help you choose the right fit, but slight variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur between what's shown on screen and the physical product.
Not a medical device. Natureza products are apparel designed to smooth and compress the appearance of the torso while worn. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and do not cause weight loss or permanent changes to your body. Any visual effect is temporary and only present while the garment is worn.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before charging or shipping.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final and include any discounts applied at that time. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability — we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout and on the Site, but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at [Support Email] and we will work with you to resolve it.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your Natureza purchase.
- Return window: You may return unworn, unwashed Products in their original condition within [90] days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- How to start a return: Contact get Natureza@gmail.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 45 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges: If you need a different size, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons related to sweat, if the item has been worn, we are unable to accept the return.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Natureza tank, you can return it for a refund within 45 days of delivery, provided the item has only been tried on and not worn or used. For hygiene reasons related to sweat, if the item shows signs of wear, we are unable to accept the return.
9. Sizing Disclaimer
Sizing charts are provided as a guide based on general body measurements. Because bodies and preferences vary, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing against our size chart before ordering. Natureza is not responsible for sizing choices made without reference to the provided chart, though we're happy to help via exchange within the return window above.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is the property of 4Fans or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written permission.
11. User Conduct
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
- Use the Site to transmit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or resell Site content without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Fans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or Products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is." Except for the guarantees expressly stated in Section 8, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Reviews and Testimonials
By submitting a product review or testimonial, you grant us permission to display and use it on our Site and marketing materials. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the Product. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.
